DECREE OF MINISTER OF FINANCE
NO. 102/KMK.05/1997
ON
LIST OF CODES FOR THE COMPLETION OF CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE,
Considering:
- a. that for data-taking purposes, there is a need for certain codes which must be put into a customs declaration;
- b. that there has been an international agreement on the code standard used in international trade;
- c. that in connection with the above-mentioned matter, it is deemed necessary to stipulate a provision on a list of codes for the completion of customs declaration.
In view of:
- 1. Law No.10/1995 on customs affairs;
- 2. Decree of the Minister of Finance No.101/KMK.05/1997 dated March 10, 1997 on customs declarations.
DECIDES
To stipulate:
THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING THE LIST OF CODES FOR THE COMPLETION OF CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS
Article 1
The list of codes for the completion of customs declarations shall encompass:
- a. The code of a customs office;
- b. The code of the type of import;
- c. The code of the identity of the declarer;
- d. The code of the type of import notice (PIB) and export notice (PEB);
- e. The code of the type of facility;
- f. The code of the unit;
- g. The code of the packing;
- h. The code of the country and the currency;
- i. The code of the transportation means;
- j. The code of the province;
- k. The code of the port/location in Indonesia;
- l. The code of the port/location abroad.
Article 2
The list of codes as meant in Article 1 is stipulated as set forth in Attachments I up to XII to this decree.
Article 3
With the stipulation of this decree, existing provisions on the list of codes contradicting this decree shall be declared null and void.
Article 4
This decree shall take effect as from April 1, 1997.
For public cognizance, this decree shall be announced by publishing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
